I am partner in the practice group Dispute Resolution of Luther lawfirm in Hamburg, Germany. I do represent national and international clients in national court proceedings and national and international arbitration proceedings. My main areas of work are general commercial disputes, international contractlaw, public international law and investment disputes. I have advised states and investors in international investment disputes and acted as expert counsel, expert witness and lead associate in a number of investment arbitration proceedings.
